There are two types of people: the ones who don’t want to know anything about sport and diets in summer, and the other ones who enjoy and take advantage of the holidays for doing exercise without the hurries of the routine. Summer is a good time for boosting and discovering new healthy routines and, a lot of them try to compensate the ice creams and tapas with a bit of morning exercise. This is why we dedicate today’s post on mentioning some advices for getting fit without giving up holiday sins.

Sure we can’t follow winter’s strict rhythm… It’s summer! And this means relax and disconnect. The best and most necessary activity we never have to forget is to walk, walk and walk. It’s healthy, helps to be in shape and while we do it, we can discover amazing places and landscapes. It’s the best way of do tourism and sport at the same time. Walking improves cardiovascular health, takes the stress out and reduces the risk of having injuries because it helps us to be much more agile.

If you like yoga, get the mat to the beach! Health and emotional balance are as much or more important as our physical well-being, because a lot of times it depends of the first one. Also, practising in an open and natural space will be so much inspiring. You know yoga reduces body tensions, stretches, tones up and strengthens muscles. And lastly, regarding to meals, if you are a healthy lifestyle fan you won’t have any problem on keeping innovating with natural juices and healthy recipes, but if you can’t avoid let yourself go above all the things with sugar… You don't have to renounce! Try not to abuse them or try healthier and more natural versions. For example, you can make your own ice creams with natural yoghurt and fruits and forget added sugar.

But especially, don’t forget that holidays are for skipping the routine!
